Absolutely not.

I saw this on "Out of Bounds" -- the writer didn't know where the video originated because "there are a number of Fox 29 station in the US." 

There's only one that has a weathercaster named John Bolaris and that's WTXF in Philly.



Feh.  This is poor, even for a Fox station.  And I am sick to death of Craigslist as a source for stories.
